Electronic Dance Music

This genre of music, usually called EDM, is mixed by DJs using a variety of beats and tones to produce original songs. Dance clubs are big on electronic dance music, especially when it comes to live DJ sets where hundreds of various tracks are mixed in one sitting.
Dance music became popular in the charts in the 1990s due to artists like Underworld, Fat Boy Slim, and The Chemical Brothers.
Techno
Another subgenre of electronic dance music is techno. Around the end of the 1980s, this genre gained popularity in Germany and was greatly influenced by synthpop, house music, funk, and future literature.
You may have heard Detroit techno, which is claimed to be the origin of the techno genre, when out clubbing. Techno music has become increasingly popular in recent years due to technological advancements that have improved its sound.

Pop

Country

Another of the most popular music genres in the world is country music. American folk music and western music are the origins of country music, which dates back to the 1920s. A distinctive singing style along with mouth organs, steel guitars, and mandolins characterizes country music.
Some of the most well-known country music performers of all time are Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash, and Kenny Rogers.
Electro
Hip-hop and electronic music are combined to create electro, which has a disco-like feel. However, talkboxes, drum machines, and vocoders set electro apart as a distinct genre.
