‘Terrible and majestic:’ King Cobra’s ‘Stand Up’ video will send shivers down your spine

Nature is amazing in many ways but it can also be terrifying at the same time. And this video of a king cobra shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda proves it.

“A king cobra can literally ‘stand up’ and look a full-grown individual in the eye. When exposed, they can lift up to a third of their body off the ground.” The IFS officer wrote while sharing a chilling video of the King Cobra. The video shows the snake standing upright on a muddy platform with its head up.
