In a dominant 5-1 victory over Al-Hazm in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated his 850th career goal.
Ronaldo, who has been in outstanding form lately, scored six goals in the last three games and provided two assists, both of which were crucial to Al Nassr’s third straight league victory. In the spectacular victory, Sadio Mane also tacked his name to the scorecard.
“Another outstanding team effort! We keep becoming better. We must support @AlNassrFC, who has 850 goals in their illustrious career. Ronaldo, 38, published a message on social media.
Al Nassr, who finished second last season, have scored 14 goals in their previous three games and are now only four points behind league leaders Al-Hilal after losing their first two league games this season.
With six goals this year, Ronaldo has outscored former Liverpool striker Mane by one.
