Several videos on the internet show an animal crossing the road while a car tries to keep up. In a list of such videos, a clip recently shared by Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer Susanta Nanda shows something similar. In the opening scene of the video, a tiger is seen crossing the road as a motorcyclist is speeding towards the road.
As the tiger approaches them, the bike driver cautiously reverses. Fortunately, the tiger left the area after some time. The clip shows someone sitting in a car waiting for the wildlife to leave.
Captioning the post, the IFS officer wrote, “Unless the bike has a back gear, use common sense in the back of your mind and ride slowly in forested areas. Via Ramesh Pandey.”
Take a look at the video below:
As long as one doesn’t have a back gear in the bike, use common sense in the back of your mind & drive slow in wild habitats.

“It’s not safe for bikers to slow down through these tiger areas. They might be stopping in the bushes to pounce. You never know.” A third person added, “Just watching the video and imagining the situation, boo wow, it’s so scary.”
