The Odisha Police Department has announced the release of the admit card for the upcoming Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) for Sepoys/Constables recruitment.  

The admit card is made available on 2 December 2024 before the examination begins on 7 December 2024. Candidates who applied for the recruitment drive can download their admit cards from the official website opolice.cbexams.com

The recruitment drive was initiated to fill 1,360 vacancies for Sepoys/Constables across different Odisha Special Armed Police (OSAP), India Reserve (IR), and Special Security (SS) Battalions.  

The online application process began on 23 September 2024 and concluded on 13 October 2024, with a correction window available from 16 October to 18 October 2024

Written Examination (CBRE): A computer-based test of 100 marks with negative marking for incorrect answers. Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Qualifying criteria based on height, weight, and chest measurements.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes running, broad jump, and high jump, all qualifying in nature. Driving Test (Optional): Marks awarded for driving skills (3 for light vehicles and 5 for heavy vehicles).

Document Verification: Candidates must present required documents to validate their eligibility. Medical Examination: A thorough health and fitness evaluation conducted by a medical board.
