Transformers One didn't take off at the box office despite strong reviews, but there's now a chance for it to get a second chance at home.
The animated prequel is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron who were once best friends, before an incident happened that changed their fate – and the fate of Cybertron – forever.
If you missed it at the cinema, Transformers One is now available to buy or rent from Prime Video, iTunes and other digital retailers in the US.
It's not yet available to watch at home in the UK as the movie didn't get released until October 11, a month after its US release.
Paramount has yet to confirm a digital release date for Transformers One in the UK, but it is still out in cinemas if you want to see it.
You can, however, pre-order Transformers One in the UK from Prime Video and iTunes to be able to watch it as soon as it's released. It likely won't be until late November or early December though.
Transformers One is also available to pre-order on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD in the UK. Like the digital release, Paramount has yet to confirm a release date.
While we've had seven live-action Transformers movies in the past 17 years, Transformers One marks the first animated movie since 1986's The Transformers: The Movie.
Talking to Digital Spy, director Josh Cooley made sure that he didn't "traumatise anybody" with his movie. "It was a friend's 7th birthday party, and it traumatised all of us," he recalled about the 1986 movie.
