Known as “one of the nicest small towns in America,” Brevard serves as the starting point of the Forest Heritage Scenic Byway. This quaint Transylvania County town has 250 waterfalls, which also has a craft beer culture. Brevard, the entry point to this city’s seemingly endless backyard, is on the edge of the Pisgah National Forest. Tourists enjoy Looking Glass Falls as it is easily accessible and is one of the most attractive waterfalls in the state. It’s the U.S. just outside of Brevard. Located at 276.
